Designing Our Coaching Relationship

The Discovery Session is our very first official step working together. During this dedicated, intensive 90-minute deep dive, we will:

Map out your current situation and identify what is holding you back.
Uncover your deep dreams, values, and big-picture goals.
Intentionally design a custom coaching relationship specifically tailored to your processing style, executive functioning needs, and personal goals.

How Booking & My Sliding Scale Works

I believe empowered growth should be accessible, which is why my practice utilizes an equitable pricing model rooted in economic justice. This model involves honest reflection on your current financial situation in addition to the social context in which you operate. We will formally agree on your ongoing package tier during our call, but we start with the Discovery Session.

1. Schedule

Choose an available date and time using the live calendar below

2. Deposit

Secure your booking with a flat $30 upfront deposit (processed securely right through the scheduler). After our call, your $30 deposit is applied directly to your tier, and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

3. Discovery Form

Fill out the Discovery Intake Form at least 24 hours before your apppointment.
