My journey has been one of constant evolution. A blend of personal experience, professional expertise, and deep commitment to social justice.

She laughs with a scrunched smile as her off-duty service dog is 100% focused on getting the treat that was promised for being a good boy. I spent over 15 years in education and curriculum design. This included a tenured position as a university professor. Then I transitioned into the world of social change, not just as a career move. It was a conscious decision to align my life's work with my core values. Which are equity, inclusivity, and the power of individual and collective transformation.
My work is deeply informed by lived experience with physical disabilities and neurodiversity. As a disabled person, my commitment is to disability justice and activism. My coaching practice is fueled by a core belief in the power of every individual. The power to shape a life aligned with their values and aspirations.
My Approach
I view coaching as a collaborative journey of self-discovery. Where I support clients in identifying their unique strengths, values, and goals. Together we navigate challenges and embrace authenticity. Aslo, building lives that resonate with their deepest aspirations.
As well as coaching, I bring a depth of experience in public speaking and facilitation. I am a passionate and engaging speaker, adept at evoking awareness. I spark change on topics related to empowerment, disability justice, and social change. As a skilled facilitator, I create inclusive and productive spaces for collaboration. Adept at guiding meaningful conversations and fostering connection. My public speaking and facilitation work are about creating opportunities for social change.
I am also a Senior Facilitator at the Roundtable Institute (RTI). I work with organizations on leadership development initiatives. This allows me to provide clients with access to larger-scale leadership development projects.
