10-Hour Group Mentoring Cohort (ACC)
Best for coaches who grow through peer practice, structured labs, and a built-in community of practice.
Hours & Structure:
- 10.0 ICF hours: 6.0 group + 4.0 individual
- 14 weeks · 8 sessions · bi-weekly 90-min labs
- 3 formally observed 1:1 recordings debriefed via RaeNotes
- Live dyads, peer observation, and mentor feedback
- Official ICF Cumulative Review & sign-off
Sliding Scale Pricing:
$800 – $1,800
1:1 Modular Mentor Coaching
Best for coaches who prefer a private container, need to supplement existing hours, or want a fully bespoke 10-hour journey.
Hours & Structure:
- 2-session booster (2.0 hrs), 4-session companion (4.0 hrs), or full 10-hour package
- Paced across a minimum of 3 months; 10-hour package spans 14–16 weeks
- RaeNotes transcription and individual feedback included
- Initial ACC or renewal-track evaluation options
Sliding Scale Pricing:
- Renewal Track: $220 – $2,250
