I am a skilled facilitator. Adept at creating inclusive and productive spaces for dialogue and collaboration. My belief is that meaningful change happens when we elevate and value diverse voices.
With my education past, social justice, and coaching, I have a proven track record. Facilitating equity-centered assessment, strategic planning, and monitoring . I can help you facilitate meetings, workshops, and retreats. Ones that foster connection, generate ideas, and drive positive change.
I understand that effective facilitation is about more than just managing logistics. It’s about creating a safe space where participants feel respected and empowered. I use active listening, empathy, and cultural competence, to ensure everyone feels understood.
My approach is also informed by disability justice principles. Promoting accessibility and inclusion in every aspect of the facilitation process.
