I am a certified life and ADHD coach, public speaker, and facilitator. I empower individuals, groups, and organizations on their journeys. Together we transform, navigate challenges, and embrace strengths. As well as foster authentic engagement with self and community.

As a disabled person, I bring a unique perspective to my work. I am informed by my lived experience with physical disabilities and neurodiversity. My commitment is to disability justice and activism.
